What's a good "family" car?

Between running my son to football and baseball, my daughters to dance, cheer, gymnastics and pageants, pets to the vet, kids to school, family to summer vacations, what's a car you suggest for a family of 5 with a 14 year old son, and a 10 year ok'd and 5 year old daughters? But something not "mommy-ish"? (like a mini van) I'm looking for something trendy. my husband has a ford flex which is amazing! If I can't find anything then I might take his car lol! Any help?
