1997 Ford Ranger Check Engine?

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger 4.0L V6 and i have a check engine code reading that the Bank 1 Engine Running Too Lean. I replaced the mass air flow sensor but no success. Any suggestions on other problems it may be and possible solutions?
