Who can help with a rough idle on a 92 ford explorer?

Ok, clean the throttle plate, with some brake cleaner or carb cleaner and an old tooth brush, Note it will be hard to start after cleaning so give it about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle while cranking. After you drive it about a mile unhook the ground cable for 2 to 5 mins, then hook up and drive 5 miles. See if this makes a difference, also look for and listen for an vacuum leaks, also change the PCV valve as well..
