Is Ezzard Charles a Top 10 ATG?

Ezzard Charles is a great fighter and had every skill in the book. He was great as a light heavyweight and as a heavyweight. Now you could make the argument as has been levied against Marciano that he beat an old not in his prime Louis to be fair about it all. He finished his career with a record of 89-25-1 (51) with victories over the fighters you mentioned but his record is somewhat deceiving because like so many fighters, he fought much too long receiving losses to people he should have never lost to. Before fighting Rocky Marciano in 1954, he had a career record of 79-10-1. It has always been my estimation that the man is underappreciated and underrated but he's not a #10 guy. I rank him somewhere between 20-25.
