Is this auto lotto a scam or its just luck?

So i have this auto lotto ticket and i scratched it off and i had 3 cars, so i won according to the details on the ticket. I called the number on the back and they said i had no costs or obligations, all i have to do is take a tour of their new store. they said that this is just a promotion. so i set up a tour for next week. also, when u take the tour u get a chance to win 10,000$ or a ford fiesta. Is this a scam?
